         * What is the role of a supervisor?
Supervisor have to help other players, explain the rules for them, learn them how to play this game, protect server from rule breakers and be helpful in any way.

Yes, I also know Romanian.

I was owner on a csgo remake server, 15-20 players constantly, i was administrator on a classic server, senior administrator on deathrun server and much more
         * Why do you want to become a Supervisor here in particular? What makes you think you should be accepted over other possible candidates? What makes you stand out?
I want to be a supervisor to help more people. I was admin 1 month, as an admin, I handled rulebreakers and assisted others. Surprisingly, even those I disciplined seemed to like me. Maybe it's because of how I talk to people and my admin experience
         * What kind of skills/experience, knowledge or understanding should all staff members be necessary to have? Which do you have?
The first thing to learn is the server/discord rules and how to communicate effectively, especially since younger individuals can be more challenging to engage with. Additionally, considering the server's international user base, it's important to understand the needs of players who might be using translators, which can sometimes lead to unclear messages. Being attentive to their issues and assisting in resolving problems is key.
         * What can you bring to the community?
I can help community with punishing rule breakers and help people who doesnt know how to play this mode or who needs any type of help.
         * How much time do you spend on the server daily on average?
I play like 60 minutes per day rn, but i can play more.
         * How long have you been in this community so far?
I play on csgamers from 2020, but then i had a inactivity period, now i'm playing again.

         * What is the 'wargods' application? Explain its purpose and usage.
Wargods its an application that scans counter strike files and then you can see in the scan if those files are suspicious, admins use wargods to scan players that play are suspicious but not so suspicious that can be banned.
         * A player claims that they do not know what the 'wargods' application is upon request to do a scan. What do you do?
I explain to them what wargods its, how it works and how to use it. ( download application from their site, scan and then give me the link )
         * What AMX commands would you use, if you needed to: slap/slay, kick and gag a player?
amxmodmenu or amx_slay / amx_slap / amx_kick and amx_gag
         * Provide an example of how you would ban a player from the server via the console. How would you add multiple words to a ban reason via the console?

         * A 'flamewars' breaks out between two players. How do you respond?
During flamewars, both are usually at fault, but I typically check who started it. The first person to start gets a warning, and I ask both to stop. If the first person insults, they get muted for a while. If the second person tries to insult back, they also get punished. That's how I handle it, at least.
         * You encounter an abusive admin. What do you do?
First I check if i have proof, then i'm punishing him and also sending the proof to a superior rank
         * You suspect someone of cheating, but you are not completely sure. How do you act?
I'm watching him to get more proof, if im not completely sure i ask him to use wargods scan, if he dont do it i will ban him.
         * A player claims they were not aware of the server rule that they broke. What do you do?
The first step is to remind them that not knowing the rules doesn't excuse them from consequences. Encourage them to read the rules and explain which specific rule they've violated.
         * A player breaks a server rule, but leaves before you're able to punish them. How do you proceed? 
It depends on what rule he break, if he was reconnecting and he realise he did wrong i let him go, but most punishments are in ban so I can ban them if they disconnected.

It seems, a perfect application, but seeing tho and the situation I don't think additional supervisors are needed, however Frost is the one to decide this.
