3. What the Admin did: I bought 300k xp so I had to disconnect to get it and he banned me.

Hello!

After leaving the server, you are required to wait at least 15 minutes before you are allowed to re-join as per the server rules. We cannot determine, whether you actually reconnected or not without proper evidence (such as a demo), but it is possible that you joined back immediately after leaving, which is not allowed.
