groundstrafing is not effective either way, so thats pretty much the only way to "abuse" it that i can think of
That's why bhop is not allowed. And when someone does it they're probably cheating cuz the aa is verry low
but if a players learns ground strafing, i think he should be able to use that skill to get advantage
(anyway, the air acceleration in the server is low enough to not be able to use gs effectively even with high fps)
if the latter, then players couldnt jump/crouch 2 times in a row since that would be considered breaking this rule
