           which can test players if they put hacks on cs servers

Hello!

Considering that TheKiller does not have the balls to tell you this, he has a personal grudge against you and he has said that he does not really want to see you on the staff team on this community. So it is highly unlikely that you would be accepted on the team even with a decent or a very good application.
Besides this, you have also failed to provide a decent application. Writing a single or a couple words on every answer does really show how 'passionate' you feel about the position.
