     1. Requirements for the entry [write + next to the requirement you have completed, and write - next to those, which you haven't yet completed]:
       * You must be at least 16 years old.
       * You must be an active player on the server (at least an hour a day played on the server).

       * You must be a member of the community for at least 6 months.

       * You must have at least 200 hours of play time on the server.

       * You must not have been banned in the past.

       * You must have an official (steam) version of 'Counter Strike 1.6'.
       * You must have a proficient level of experience as an Admin.
       * You must at least have an intermediate understanding of English.
       * You must have reported at least 3 rule-breakers (it doesn't have to be cheaters only).
       * You must have posted an introduction thread on forums.
       * You must be willing to fulfill your duties as a Helper, obey the rules, enforce them accordingly, and listen to other staff members.

       * You must be active on all CSGamer's community platforms - the server, the forums, and discord.

         * How long have you been a part of the CSGamer's community so far?


      3. Questionnaire [provide responses to the following questions or scenarios]:
         * What is the 'wargods' application? Explain its purpose and usage.
         * A player claims that they do not know what the 'wargods' application is upon a request to do a scan. What do you do?
          * A player encounters issues doing the 'wargods' scan (e.g., an error occurs or it's not scanning, or other reason). How do you proceed?
         * The 'wargods' scan shows faulty scan results. How do you make sure that the player is actually not cheating?
         * Complete the following commands (if you were to execute them via the console): 
         amx_ban ...
         amx_kick ...
         amx_vote ...
         * A 'flamewars' breaks out between two players. How do you respond?
         * You encounter an abusive admin. What do you do?
         * A player claims they were not aware of the server rule that they broke. What do you do?
         * A player breaks a server rule, but leaves before you're able to punish them. How do you proceed?

What to know before applying for the Supervisor role...

• You must meet all the requirements. Your application will be rejected if you don't meet even one requirement (very few exceptions are made).
  
• You may apply for the Supervisor role only once every month after your previous application's rejection. Meaning that if your application is declined, you must wait at least 30 days before applying again.
  
• You are not applying for privileges and features but for supervising the server. That is your duty and you will be required to do it as effectively as possible whenever you will be on the server.
  
• The review process of your application might take days or even weeks before the final verdict is announced, so being patient is the key. Showing any sort of impatience might affect the final verdict of your application.
  
• Any form of plagiarism (copying other people's application) will result in your permanent prohibition from applying for this position again. You have your own head, your own experience, and your own ideas. There is absolutely no reason to plagiarize something that simple. Plagiarism is EXTREMELY easy to detect and while you might look at other applications for a reference point, don't just copy and paste the same sentence and paraphrase it. You have your own head and we have to know how competent you would be.
