        * What is the role of a supervisor?In first place to be respectfull towards others, helping by being active in the the server so there arent any rulebreakers, to help new players adjust and learn the rules.

        * How experienced are you as an Admin? What is your past experience? Describe it.I was the admin of most servers in the bulgarian community and i was supervisor here before, but had to leave, because of some personal problems and im back now
        * Why do you want to become a Supervisor here in particular? What makes you think you should be accepted over other possible candidates? What makes you stand out?Currently i have a lot of free time and what i think will make me stand out is i guess by being someone who will be spending a lot of his time in the server.
        * What kind of skills/experience, knowledge or understanding should all staff members be necessary to have? Which do you have?First by knowing the rules in the server/forum.Second is that all staff members should know english .Third is to have good decision making and they dont use emotions as a factor (so they dont make decisions based on their emotions, but proof)

        * What is the 'wargods' application? Explain its purpose and usage.Its an application that scans the games files to see if there are any suspicious filest's  files 
        * A player claims that they do not know what the 'wargods' application is upon request to do a scan. What do you do?First i would explain him what is wargod, what is its purpose, and after he understands i will tell him step by step how to download it
        * What AMX commands would you use, if you needed to: slap/slay, kick and gag a player?I have binded amxmodmenu and the command for gag too
        * Provide an example of how you would ban a player from the server via the console. How would you add multiple words to a ban reason via the console?amx_ban sickoxz 15 reconnect
        * A 'flamewars' breaks out between two players. How do you respond?First i will hear both sides, understand the whole situations and the reason they are arguing and try to solve it.If i doesnt work with words and they dont stop i will gag them for a short time so they can calm down
        * You encounter an abusive admin. What do you do?I will warn the admin and if he continues i will send it to higher role staff to decide whats going to happen to him and his rank
        * You suspect someone of cheating, but you are not completely sure. How do you act?Ask wargod 
        * A player claims they were not aware of the server rule that they broke. What do you do?Warn should be enough so they know in the future and if he does it again ban
        * A player breaks a server rule, but leaves before you're able to punish them. How do you proceed? amx_last and then i can ban him

I have been a part of the CSGamer's community since the early 2021 and I have absolutely no recollection of you being a part of the team at any point. You might have been a supervisor beforehand, but I was not a part of the community back then and virtually all the the staff members that were a part of the community back then are no longer with us. The way you write your application is as if we already know you from the bottom of our hearts, but we don't. There are several things I dislike:
- Your overall application is quite lackluster. Doesn't really seem you put a lot of effort into making it.
- I don't recall seeing you a lot on the server in general. Sure you might spend 1-4 hours a day on the server, but I highly doubt you've been that active for a while now.
- You have provided a link to bug reports that are 4 years old. If you reapply way later, it would be common sense to me personally at least that you would provide up-to-date reports.

If you will increase your overall activity and we will actually feel your presence and get to know you better as a player on the community, then consider re-applying for the position when the next application phase comes to be.
