I found recently many people doing RC when no admin is connected and most of the time i warned them but they dont take it seriously so maybe after being a supervisor i can warn/punish them so it will be effective for them.
        * What kind of skills/experience, knowledge or understanding should all staff members be necessary to have? Which do you have? : Everyone must know all the rules and performed an act according to it.

You have joined this community back in 2021 yet you only have a total of 64hrs on the server which already doesn’t meet the requirement of having 120hrs on the server. Furthermore, you saying you can offer 3-4 hours DAILY (while only having 64hrs total) on the server just leads me to believe that you only want to become a supervisor to gain its perks which tells me you wouldn’t perform well in the supervisor role. I am going to be completely honest with you, I have never seen you on the server even a single time. Maybe it's because you're quiet or you don't play on the server as much. It's likely because you have been only active for the past week (during which I haven't been able to dedicate too much time for the server for personal reasons). Considering that you have been on this community since 2021 and have not really played that much, I don't have the confidence that you would maintain your activity for a prolonged period of time, even whilst being in the 'supervisor' position.
