         * How experienced are you as an Admin? What is your past experience? 3x admin, have banned cheaters, campers, antimappers. Honestly this server needs alot more of active admins, since rules are being broken almost always.

         * Are you familiar with the 'wargods' application? Explain its purpose and usage.
         * Why do you want to become a Supervisor here in particular? What makes you think you should be accepted over other possible candidates? What makes you stand out? Cause i see so many people have admin, and not know what they're doing, tons of people are breaking rules, yet none of the admins care.
         * What kind of skills/experience, knowledge or understanding should all staff members be necessary to have? Which do you have? Well, they need to know AMX commands, should be able to speak English fluently, aswell as being patient, as some of the players dont know English that well / just dont listen.
         * What can you bring to the community? Peace, and try to lower the cheater / rule breaker ammount.
         * How much time do you spend on the server daily on average? Depends, if the server is active, i try to play as much as i can, really depends, honestly about 1-2hrs a day.

Thank you for taking your time and applying for the position!

However, I regret to inform you that you do not meet our standards:
After discussing with the rest of the staff team, we concluded that we have had troubles with your overall behaviour both as an admin and as a player in the past, the vast majority vouching against you.
You also went around asking staff members as to what they twould think about you being in the position. You should be patient, not rush people into making a decision and simply wait for the final verdict.
