      * You must have an official (steam) version of 'counter strike 1.6'.
      * You must be experienced as an Admin.
      * You must have a moderate understanding of English.
      * You must have reported at least 3 rule-breakers (it doesn't have to be cheaters only).
      * You must have posted an introduction thread on forums.
      * You must be willing to fulfill your duties as a Supervisor, obey the rules yourself, and listen to other staff members.
      * You must be active on all community platforms - the server, the forums, and discord.

        * Why do you want to become a Supervisor here in particular? What makes you think you should be accepted over other possible candidates? What makes you stand out? Because I think I have more experience than others and I would take better care of the server than others and because I am an active player
        * What kind of skills/experience, knowledge or understanding should all staff members be necessary to have? Which do you have? - An staff member should have very good experience as well as skills facing bad and good members of community. He should be able to handle bad members and make other members have a lot of fun staying and playing in the community. (My skills/experience)
        * What can you bring to the community? Well, to help others, to ban those who don't follow the rules. Also because I'm quite an active player

You have failed to fill out the application form properly. Please pay close attention to the description and what is asked of you.
You have also never filed a report and I don't really see you active and/or engaging anywhere outside the server itself.
You are not familiar with the 'wargods' application, which is an essential software that staff members are required to use and work with, and they should be able to explain it to the players in case they need to ask for a scan.
There are also multiple questions that you answered to quite vaguely, with minimal or no effort at all.
