What makes you stand out? I've been seeing many players continuesly Bhopping and doing rc and camping and when I asked them to stop doing that they replied you aren't an Admin so keep your mouth shut and keep
        * What kind of skills/experience, knowledge or understanding should all staff members be necessary to have? Which do you have?  Well as supervisor a person should know all the rules & a good control over his English for a smooth communication to help out players
        * What can you bring to the community? As active player I can make sure that players don't break rules while playing

You have failed to fill out the application form properly. Please pay close attention to the description and what is asked of you. Even if you edited the message now, you did not do it properly the first time and you should not edit your application after you submit it.
Also, applying for this position should not be all about 'exerting' your power and I'm not particularly keen on seeing you in this role when all you care about is that 'people would listen to you'.
Some of the responses you provided are also very vague. Such as wargod being an anti-cheat engine, when in reality it is a mere program that scans and detects your cheats, but it doesn't prevent people from using them.
