@bobi, I'm not quite sure I follow. A player who is on steamed counter strike 1.6 doesn't mean that they are incapable of cheating. In fact, they are still able to cheat. They may not be able to use your traditional cheats to avoid the built-in anticheat, but they are definitely still able to cheat on the game.
