The evidence you provided is inconclusive, considering that we are unable to pin-point precisely how long ymenx remained in that spot. Standing still somewhere for 10 seconds is definitely not that big of a deal and is certainly not game-changing, but @ymen, this most definitely does not mean that you can use '10 seconds remaining of the current round' as an excuse to not attack the enemy opponents.

Besides, Monster, you camped (hid in a particular location) at one point far longer (for around 30-40 seconds) than ymen did. So if I were to ban him, it would only be fair to ban you as well.
