The M4A4 Grenade Launcher weapon upgrade naturally has barely any recoil. They were not using any anti recoil, and to prove my point you can have a look at this demo, where a different player is using the same weapon: https://www.mediafire.com/file/j2m0rjfmh...m.dem/file (thanks to ALiVe for providing this demo). Even if star was using no recoil, the evidence is most certainly insufficient to determine, as you spectated him for a very brief moment, especially considering that the weapon star was using already has barely any recoil if any even. However, for reference, AK47 Paladin also doesn't have any recoil and some other upgraded weapons probably have the same feature.
