In many instances, the disappearance of ping indicates that a player has lagged out of the game. You don't need to file a report as a Supervisor, you can just contact me to address any offender you've encountered. You could have as well banned this player yourself. All in all, reconnecting should be considered as an offense if the player does it purposefully, so they could benefit from it. But considering that this player did not explain the gravity of the situation and claimed that they did not reconnect, then I see it fit to actually ban them.
