The demo you provided is not appropriate to the cause/ban.
However, I do agree that a 24-hour ban just for camping is most definitely a bit too excessive.

Your ban length has been reduced to 2 hours, and thus it should be expired by now.
However, it seems that you are trying to evade humans by all means necessary. Do your mission as a zombie, which is attacking the humans! If you go AFK, don't go hide anywhere and have some common decency to at least stay AFK for the short period in the spawn.
