We all know that your implied meaning here was a racial joke. Your logic is like going to Germany on the public streets, sieg heiling and then arguing that you were just waving at someone. There is a difference between you clearly meaning it as a racially motivated joke and actually asking someone if they are from Niger. There has also been evidence of you mic-spamming on the server and saying the n-word, so your excuses mean nothing to me. The gag is justified.
