You didn't really specificy the timestamp correctly, as I didn't see him camping during that time. Please be more precise next time, because I'm not bothered enough to review 10-20 minutes of demo just to determine if a player was camping or not. Anyway, he also seemed to have plenty of deaths so even if he camped once, it's not too big of a deal that would warranty an immediate ban.
