I don't think you've posted the right demo, because I didn't notice you insulting him in any moment. Is it possible that you insulted him on the previous map and he banned you after the map changed? If that's the case, then the previous version of your demo was overwritten by the next one.

Either way, a 10-hour ban for insulting (even if you did) is not reasonable and the admin should have gagged you as your first offense instead.
The admin will be dealt with accordingly and your ban will be lifted.
