VIP breaking rules

1. Cheater name:  Electroloud

3.  Which Server: Zombie Swarm
4.  What the cheater did: Bhop

6. Timestamp (at which time in the demo can you see rule being broken):  3:10, 3:20, 7:34 , 16:28-16:36, 19:24
He kept breaking rule even though he is a VIP, despite the fact that he knew that bhop is forbidden. I asked him to stop bhop but he kept doing it, and other players also agreed that he was bhoping. (It would be nice if he gets a ban while he is in the server or else it not gonna make much different for the arrogant guy like him)
