Hello!

Thank you for the report!

Admins are allowed to gag players for their profanity (even if it is mild) - any form of insulting is a justifiable reason to gag a player. Should have the admin been rude toward the player? Obviously not, but provoking people can sometimes lead to emotional bias, where we tend not to worry about the consequences.

@DastiBoss, you will not receive an 'official' warning, but there are some things I would like to point out:
1) Gagging is fine, but do not provoke players by getting involved in the conflict. If somebody insults you, warn them for their profanity and if they still ignore you and continue misbehaving, you may resort to gagging them for a short period of time.
2) Players should be given a wider variety of maps to choose from, rather than being able to choose whether to change to one specific map or not. These are the following steps you must consider before changing the map:
- Make sure that there is less than 12 minutes remaining in the current map (which you already did);
- Initiate a vote (amx_vote "Change Map?" Yes No) to understand, whether players want the map to be changed in the first place;
- And only then are you allowed to proceed starting a vote involving specific maps. Choose at least 3-4 maps with the amx_votemapmenu command, so players have the opportunity to pick the map they desire, rather than only having a chance to agree, whether the map should be changed to a specific one or not.
