The demo you provided is not appropriate to the screenshots you posted (which is on the de_dust map). The demo you uploaded is on the assault map. Mere screenshots of the incident is definitely insufficient evidence, as we cannot tell for how long the specific player stayed in that particular spot. Please leave the server immediately before the next map loads in next time, otherwise your previous demo will be overwritten by a newer version.
