According to ALiVe, this is not the first time you have been gagged for your profanity (not the gay part but overall). Provoking (calling them shit at what they are doing or swearing them) can lead to consequences as you understand. Should have ALiVe retaliated and sworn back at you? No, but we are human and we all have the 'breaking point' at which point we cannot stand somebody anymore and lash out on them. Don't bother filing reports if you are the cause of any punishment. Under no circumstances should you disregard the context and make it seem that the suspect is at wrong here, when, in fact, you were insulting him yourself.
