legend_knife change map without voting

Unfortunately, we may not accept your report. In order to have your evidence deemed as 'significant', you need to provide screenshots and/or a demo (preferably) where the offense is clearly visible. Eye witness accounts or simple words are not enough for a final verdict. Also, make sure that you save your demo prematurely before the map changes, otherwise it will overwritten by the newer one.
