Considering that the player you reported was obviously experiencing latency issues because of the constant lag, I only saw one moment, which could maybe be considered suspicious. Please follow the suspect as a zombie next time to gather as much evidence as possible instead of relying on one incident, which still seemed relatively unclear. Additionally, your first demo isn't working, so I only had to take your second posted evidence into account.
