ban for cheating

hi all. i was play on server and fuxury joined.he transed me to spec and he think i'm using cheat. but its not. he said I send u a link and go for scan. i told him he must wait for 7 minutes. while i'm sending scan report he banned me .please unban me i really hard worked for my acc.thnk
