That is not a demo. Those are just pictures taken of your console and we require that players post their demo on ban appeals that they make. Our server records demos automatically and you can locate it in your 'cstrike' folder. If you don't know how to do that, consider having a look at this thread: https://cs-gamers.net/showthread.php?tid=901.
However, considering that the ban reason is not justified and the admin was demoted for his behaviour, I will lift your ban. Next time provide your demo or you will not be unbanned.
