WTF THIS REALLY FU** BAN

And after fully watching your demo, it's easy to say that the actions you made within few minutes are bound only with camping.
According to rule no.1 in "Player rules (applies to everyone)" section you're supposed to do your mission as a Zombie. In your case, you should've helped your teammates the whole time instead of running around the map.

Why 4 hours ban?
Well, according to swarm server rules admins are allowed to increase the duration of someones ban if the player got banned often for the same reason.
And a friendly reminder from my side.
You have been banned 22 times for "Reconnecting" in the past 2-3 Months and
And 3 times for farming xp/rank. I warlmy suggest you not to break these or any rules anymore, maybe your next "Reconnect" ban will contain the duration of days, weeks, months.
And maybe your next "Farming...." ban will result to your account reset.
