In short, you banned a player and warned them for anti-mapping on top of somewhere, where it wasn't considered anti-mapping. As long as zombies are able to get to any place (without the assistance of the knockback bombs), it doesn't count as camping. And zombies can indeed get on that small roof without using knockback bombs, you just need to do a bit of jumping.
Furthermore, there have also been multiple reports of you falsely banning players without taking all the facts into consideration.
Please be careful, read the server rules carefully and reach out to staff if you are not sure of your decision.
