You have failed to provide a valid steamid for both players, so we are unable to punish them accordingly.
Type 'status' in the console and please copy the entire steamid next time, rather than only a part of it.
Also, you have an idea at what point in the demo the incident occurred, so please provide a timestamp next time, so we don't have to waste our time watching a good portion of the demo just to find the incident.

After watching the demo, it really doesn't seem like a big deal. Wtfis boosted Assassin to you, but I really don't see how that would be ban worthy, considering that it only happened once in the demo you provided.
