Admin abuse

Hello!

At no point did I see B3RLIN insulting you. Sure he was a little bit rude toward you and used a bit of profanity (which is not against the server rules), but at no point did he directly insult you, according to the images you provided in this report.
As for the vote, it might as well have just been an honest mistake. I will ask him for some further details related to this incident and inform him not to misuse the voting command, but other than that, I don't really see this as a warning-worthy offense.
