We, supervisors, are not constantly glued to the problems associated with 'CSGamers'. Many times when players message me, I am preoccupied with something else, and I prefer to prioritize my work and/or studies over CSG matters. You can't possibly expect us to be able to respond immediately at all times, as if CSG is all that is in our lives.
Either way, it is your own responsibility to ensure that you fully understand the server rules, check if the WG scan is working properly and making sure you can do the scan before joining the server, just to ensure that you can quickly open the program and do the scan each time you are asked for it by an admin. As for the waiting time, it takes me only around 10 seconds to access the site, so I don't know why you have to wait multiple minutes for that.
I have changed my mind, and I will give you one more chance. But do note that this will be your only chance, and that you will not be unbanned next time if and when you will be banned for this exact reason.
