Creating an thread for this is useless I could trash it, anyways im going to answer.
It's bad idea to give admins acces to team change.
For the whitelist im not sure what it actually means. It's automaticly added in whitelist it maybe cuz this name is generated by cs 1.6 as regular name.
Anyways to awoit this owner should delte this name from whitlist, so please conntact the TheKiller if really needed!
