Pumpkin Bomb/Spawn camp

    the pumpkin bomb and specifically the S.admins Pumpkin bombs are broken, "the admin bomb is balanced though."
 
Tank is instantly 1 shot. which is unfair since the tank is the zombie team"s ace.... 

Zombies also rarely leave their spawn, as they're camped almost all the round, in which i suggest to add zombie protection spawn back.


i hope someone look into this, and balance the pumpkin bomb.
