Hmmm oh! concerning the barlogIII upgrade. it seems the time lag to activate the barlog mode has increased!
 is this a bug or an intentional nerf to the gun. thanks for working hard to keep the server a better place! 

a small suggestion: can you make it that top5 gets freevip instead of top3. i just reached recently top4 (i think i am the first to do it unprivileged! xd) it is incredibly hard to compete with s.admins dominating the top3 spots even after playing up to 10H daily.
