Ban for no reason

I join the server, de_dust2 map, and this dude "TEHHOUSTON" just started to killing only me, others running free, i cant even go out from spawn... (throwing nades in spawn, cant even respawn normally, insta dead"
Then i started to write a report. Maps changes and he just banned me for no reason...
