After a long request, we have finally decided to do it. To avoid any misunderstandings, arguments and speculations, the below-mentioned locations are going to be considered as anti-mapping from here on. If more locations will open up for the debate, then the list will be updated periodically in the future, but these are the locations that I managed to compile for now. By being in any of the below-mentioned locations, you will be considered anti-mapping, meaning that any admin catching you doing so will be permitted to warn you or ban you for violating the server rule.



1. ITALY.

- Balcony near the zombie (terrorist) spawn. While it is relatively easy to get to with the knockback bomb if you are closeby and smokers can also many times do the job, it is still painstacking for zombies and humans should not be in this location.

- Bigger balcony near the central market. Zombies are required to use their knockback bomb in order to get here, making it very difficult to fight humans who are situated here.

2. DUST 2.

- The big box near the zombie (terrorist) spawn. Arguably one of the least contested locations and not really considered as anti-mapping by many players, but humans still get an upper-hand and it may still be difficult getting to this location if zombies are getting dominated over.

3. INFERNO.

- The large balcony near zombie (terrorist) spawn. While easily accessible to zombies with their knockback bomb, it still gives a largely unfair advantage to humans, as they can clearly see zombies trying to get to them and combat them, preventing them from getting onto the balcony.

4. ASSAULT.

- Both the lamps and on the containers stacked on top of each other in the zombie (terrorist) spawn. These locations are completely inaccessible to zombies or very difficult to access (even if they use their knockback bombs).

5. DUST 2002.

- Above the map. Players are not meant to be here by default anyway and you are crouching every time you are on top here.

This thread will consist of FAQ's that are brought up by some people fairly regularly. The thread will be updated overtime and will include more FAQ's if there will be urgent ones. However, I will primarily focus on providing answers to questions that do not require going into too much detail. There are already other useful threads discussing issues that players frequently encounter with.
1. Can I get free privileges?
Apart from applying for a position of a 'supervisor' or a 'youtuber', there is no way of obtaining an admin or super admin privilege without purchasing it or participating it giveaways, events. These are the following ways how you can potentially get a free privilege:
  • Players who reach 'TOP 3' on the server are eligible for a free VIP as long as they maintain one of their TOP 3 positions on the server.
  • You always have the possibility of applying for a 'supervisor' or a 'youtuber' role as mentioned above, but both of these roles entail specific requirements and will require you to work tirelessly in order to maintain that position.
  • Active giveaways and events are being hosted on the csgamer's Discord server once every month. In these giveaways or events, you have the chance to get some coins if you're one of the winners. To participate, you have to either react to the giveaway or participate in the event itself. Here, you will win coins (not privileges) that you will be able to spend in the shop to get some perks or buy yourself a privilege.

2. Can I get free XP / Prestiges?
The only way of getting free XP without having to grind for it or collect loot boxes that are dropped around the map occasionally, is by typing '/freexp' in the in-game chat. With this command, you may claim 30'000 XP once every 12 hours. Other than that, the only other way of getting free XP is by participating in giveaways or events, winning them and then spending your coins on XP and/or Prestiges.

3. Will I get unbanned if I ask a staff member?
The unbanning process requires a thorough analysis of your incident, meaning that you are required to make a ban appeal and provide a demo in order to be unbanned in case you were wrongfully banned. However, if your ban was not false, then either you have to wait for the ban to expire or you may purchase unban via the shop. As soon as you log-in in the shop, it shows you that you have an active ban and you have the opportunity to purchase an unban. When purchasing an unban the first time, it will cost you 10 euro. If you will be seen evading your ban, your initial ban length will be extended to a permanent one and your account will be locked permanently if you will bypass your ban again.

4. Can I test privileges?
Prior to purchasing the privileges, there is no way of 'testing' them. If you wish to get the privilege, you must buy it. There is no other way of testing it out, other than possibly getting to TOP 3 and seeing what VIP has to offer or winning enough coins from giveaways or events to purchase the privilege that you desire. You can already see all the features that you would unlock upon purchasing the privilege in the shop.
5. Do I get rewarded for reporting bugs?
As a matter of fact, you do! But it largely depends on the severity of the bug and whether or not it's an urgent issue that needs immediate attention. Subsequently, the amount of rewards that you can receive may vary depending on the circumstances, but generally you may get anywhere from 300 up to 3000 coins for your contribution.
6. Do ranks reset?
They do! After each month, the rank or the 'top 15' rating is reset and this is primarily done to give other players a chance to get to the top and subsequently maintain their position. The rank resets at the first day of the month every month.
7. My XP/Prestiges reset. What do I do?
As long as you register your username on the server, you should not encounter any problems of your progress resetting randomly. Typically this might occur if your steamid and/or IP address changes, or, most likely, your progress was revamped manually because of the rules you violated. In case your progress did indeed reset by its own, consider either contacting the server owner directly or make a thread on forums.

8. I have forgotten my account's password. What now?
For password related issues, you will have to reach out to TheKiller (the owner of this community) to get your password reinstated. However, you can add an e-mail to your account on the shop that will allow you to manually reset your account's password with the help of your e-mail without the need for any additional assistance. If you forget your setinfo password for your privilege, you can manually reset it on your settings on the shop.
9. Can I share and/or sell my account?
No. Sharing your account with anyone is generally forbidden, unless it is with your family members. And no, we won't believe that someone accessing your account from a completely different country is your brother.
10. I was banned for not showing my Wargod's scan upon request. What do I do?
All players (including admins) are required to provide a Wargod's scan upon request and will be banned if they fail to provide it in time or leave the server prior to submitting the scan. There can, however, be made a few exceptions to this rule:
  • The player has been timed out PRIOR to being asked to do the scan (aka, the player didn't even see them being asked to do the scan).
  • The admin fails to explain eloquently as to how to do a Wargod's scan if the player is unfamiliar with the application (telling a player that they have to do it is not sufficient enough).
  • The player is asked to do a Wargod's scan more than once in a single week.

Here are some details that might be useful for your expenditure on the shop.

1. Delays in receiving your coins.
Upon purchasing the coins, you can expect a small delay before these coins are added to your shop's account, so refrain from spamming staff members that you did not receive the said amount of coins that you purchased immediately. Wait for at least 12-24 hours to pass, and only after that resort to contacting staff to receive assistance.

2. You have to use your in-game login details. In order to access the site, you are required to use your in-game login details (meaning both the nickname and the password that you are using in-game). If you haven't already, register in the server by typing '/reg' in-game in the chat and register your account.

3. Wait for a map-change after purchasing a rank.
When buying any kind of privilege, it adds your account to the system with little delay, but you must wait for the map to change in order to have your privilege activated. If your privilege has still not activated after the map change (assuming that you purchased it at least 15-20 minutes before the map changed), contact the staff. However, it would be better safe than sorry to wait for another map change in case your account was not updated in time.

4. Leave the server before purchasing XP/prestige.
If you are planning on purchasing prestiges or XP, it is very important that you leave the server prior to purchasing any of these items. You may only return to the server after the transaction. If you fail to follow these instructions, the said amount of XP/prestiges that you purcahsed will not be added to your account, and you will have to contact the staff to get your issue sorted.

5. TheKiller (the owner of the server) is the only one able to assist.
While ordinary staff members, i.e., supervisors and forum managers, may generally be able to provide advise or a recommandations for a feasible solution, we are physically unable to add any balance to your account when it comes to encountering problems related to the community's shop. TheKiller is the only one who is able to sort out issues related to the shop, so do not scream at the staff members for being unable to assist you. Also, be patient, provide a clear and a succint explanation and do not spam any staff member. We are human, we have lives and we are busy, so be patient and wait for the response.

6. Items purchased are non-refundable.
We do not have a refund policy, which is why you shouldn't expect receiving any kind of refund when it comes to purchasing in-game items or ranks. When you purchase something on our community's market, the decision have been made and you will not get your money returned. Furthermore, your in-game rank (admin and/or super admin specifically) can and will be revoked if you will be found abusing the privileges and/or the server rules continuously. 7. Other purchasing variants.
Besides the traditional methods of purchasing ranks and/or items by using SMS/Paypal/Crypto or other potential variants, you are able to purchase steam gift cards or boost CSG's Discord server as alternative ways to receive similar and/or the same rewards that you intended to get. In this instance, however, you are required to contact TheKiller directly and inform him that you would like to make a purchase using this alternate solution.

8. Changing/adding your password ('setinfo').
You do not need any kind of assistance from the staff members if you wish to change or forgot your 'setinfo' details, as you are perfectly in the reach in doing so indepedently. Navigate to your settings in the shop (which is located in the top right corner), and there you will see the option to add your password. You do not need to type 'setinfo _pw' in the window or anything, you just type in your password, for example, 'abc123'. Now, make sure that your password would be well-protected and not easy to guess. After that, you must wait for the map to change for it to go into effect.

9. SMS-based transactions may have its limitations.
Transactions related to SMS may have its limitations in terms of your provider, meaning that your country might not be included in the list. Generally, we have a wide-range of countries available that support SMS-based purchases (rounding up to approximately 37 countries in total), but if your country is not included in the list (you can see the list on the top left corner whenever you press on the 'pay by mobile' button), you will have to resort to other payment methods. Additionally, you can expect the prices for the said amount of coins to fluctuate depending on the region you reside in, considering that the taxation for each service provider is different for each country.

  • Kicking a player from the server;
           - amx_kickmenu (which would open a kick menu where you would be able to kick a specific player without the need to type their username),

Semicolons need to be included if your ban reason will consist of more than one word. Do note that you need to keep this in mind only if you are banning or kicking somebody manually. It is also important that you do double semicolons instead of single, so “” instead of ‘’.

  • Ask you to do a wargods scan at any given moment in-game;
  • To issue you a day-long ban for not complying with their orders, ignoring their request to do a scan or leaving the server completely;

Spectate players for a while, make sure that you are actually suspicious of them and only then ask for their scan if that is really necessary. Don’t go overboard and remember that players might get confused. Be patient and explain everything to them to get to the needed result.

This is my opinion when wargods scans should be considered:

If you cannot do a scan and an error pops up, telling you that wargods has failed to communicate with the server, consider doing the following steps:
  • Drag your cursor to the search menu on your desktop and click on it (it is located on the bottom left of your screen or on the left side of your taskbar).
  • Type "command prompt" in the search bar and open the command prompt as an administrator (right click on the application and then press "run as administrator").

Any incident that involves verbal abuse (profanity, rude behavior, advertising, blackmailing or threatening people) can be reported on by providing a mere screenshot. Anything copied or pasted from the console or any screenshots taken directly from the console will be seen as insufficient evidence, considering that any of that can be tempered with. Context is also crucial, which is why we typically prefer a demo version that allows us to see the full context of the encounter rather than specific details of it. 

It is also important that any misdemeanor is not over exaggerated (i.e., a player calling you stupid, dumb, typing 'fuck' and etc.) - do not waste our time reviewing the demo just to end up seeing that it is a minor insult or rudeness and nothing serious. We are unable to gag players via the website, so we need the offense to be serious enough to justify it as a bannable offense.

Whenever filing a report on forums, you are expected to present evidence. There are two ways to take screenshot in-game:

  • Press the ‘PRT SC’ (print screen) button and then you can paste it in, for instance, paint and then save it.

For all means and purposes, the screenshots you provide should remain ‘raw’ or completely unedited, so we know for a fact that you are not hiding anything. However, if the image is distorted or if the material embodied in the message is difficult to read, then you may apply some elements for assistance (i.e., zooming in a bit but not completely).

For instance, players with unreasonably high ping tend to teleport around or their movement is not as smooth as others, and typically many players regard this as speed hacking and end up filing a false report.

The principles remain the same for any rules that are violated that do not have severe consequences. However, it is important to note that sometimes there is no point in reporting the suspect when they barely violated anything or were not in the wrong whatsoever.

Throughout the community, camping is often seen as ‘standing still for more than 5 or 10 seconds in one spot,’ which is definitely not the case. Camping should be seen as an issue only if the said player is doing it numerous times, ignoring any warnings and doing it for a longer period of time. Do not just report someone for ignoring the zombie mission or camping once.

Just because somebody reconnects, does not mean that it should be seen as an offense immediately. Even if those 5 minutes have not passed since the player last left the server, why bother filing a report if the player ends up on the same team anyway? If they end up being on the opposite team, then that is a different story.

Anti-mapping only applies to spots that are incredibly difficult or impossible to access. If a zombie is able to access any location with the bomb they spawn with or by any other means (i.e., the class they get), then that is not considered anti-mapping. However, each Admin has their own personal judgment and while some Admins might not view that as anti-mapping, others might. Make sure that everyone present in the server is okay with you being on that controversial spot.

[Although bhopping and/or doing sgs (ground strafing) is against the server rules, many Admins tend to ignore this part and avoid punishing players for doing that. However, you are still allowed to report any player for bhopping or doing sgs and you may still technically be banned by any Admin for that. It is important to remember, though, that there is a difference between ground strafing and double ducking (which is basically ducking twice), as well as jumping and bhopping. Do not feel triggered if a player is doing some bhopping or sgs every once in a while.

Additional information:
  • STEAMID is of the utmost importance. It provides us with the necessary details so we can punish the suspect accordingly and without this information, we are unable to issue any ban to the suspect unless we come across them in-game. To get a player’s steamid, you simply have to open your console (press ~ on your keyboard) and type in status in the console.
  • TIMESTAMPS for demos are very crucial and even necessary. Without them, we have to spend a good amount of time nitpicking and finding the appropriate section where we can see the suspect violating a rule. Before uploading your demo, rewatch it and note down where we will be able to view the suspect disobeying the rule, this will not only make our lives way easier, but it will also decrease the response time drastically.

  • Click on ‘browse local files’;
  • Open the ‘cstrike’ folder;
  • Locate a file that is named ‘[CSGAMERS]_Umbrella_Swarm’ (this is the demo).
Steam:
  • Go to your library;
  • Right click on the game;
  • Hover over ‘manage’;
  • Click on ‘browse local files’;
  • The rest is history.

Subsequently, you must upload your demo to an online cloud (preferably the one that is more known and doesn’t have any safety risks) such as:
    
    3. Misdemeanor (camping, reconnecting, anti-mapping, ignoring zombie mission, bhopping/doing sgs etc.)

The principles remain the same for any rules that are violated that do not have severe consequences. However, it is important to note that sometimes there is no point in reporting the suspect when they barely violated anything or were not in the wrong whatsoever.

Throughout the community, camping is often seen as ‘standing still for more than 5 or 10 seconds in one spot,’ which is definitely not the case. Camping should be seen as an issue only if the said player is doing it numerous times, ignoring any warnings and doing it for a longer period of time. Do not just report someone for ignoring the zombie mission or camping once.

Just because somebody reconnects, does not mean that it should be seen as an offense immediately. Even if those 5 minutes have not passed since the player last left the server, why bother filing a report if the player ends up on the same team anyway? If they end up being on the opposite team, then that is a different story.

Anti-mapping only applies to spots that are incredibly difficult or impossible to access. If a zombie is able to access any location with the bomb they spawn with or by any other means (i.e., the class they get), then that is not considered anti-mapping. However, each Admin has their own personal judgment and while some Admins might not view that as anti-mapping, others might. Make sure that everyone present in the server is okay with you being on that controversial spot.

[Although bhopping and/or doing sgs (ground strafing) is against the server rules, many Admins tend to ignore this part and avoid punishing players for doing that. However, you are still allowed to report any player for bhopping or doing sgs and you may still technically be banned by any Admin for that. It is important to remember, though, that there is a difference between ground strafing and double ducking (which is basically ducking twice), as well as jumping and bhopping. Do not feel triggered if a player is doing some bhopping or sgs every once in a while.

Additional information:
  • STEAMID is of the utmost importance. It provides us with the necessary details so we can punish the suspect accordingly and without this information, we are unable to issue any ban to the suspect unless we come across them in-game. To get a player’s steamid, you simply have to open your console (press ~ on your keyboard) and type in status in the console.
  • TIMESTAMPS for demos are very crucial and even necessary. Without them, we have to spend a good amount of time nitpicking and finding the appropriate section where we can see the suspect violating a rule. Before uploading your demo, rewatch it and note down where we will be able to view the suspect disobeying the rule, this will not only make our lives way easier, but it will also decrease the response time drastically.
