Also make sure you provide your demo so we can see what happened. To upload it u go into your game folder then cstrike and u will search for the csgamers_umbrella_swarm demo after that u can either post it on zippyshare or mediafire.

Just submit a demo and if everything is OK, the ban will be removed from you by the administrators
