Respect Gaming 2 Player reconnecting

1. Cheater name: Respect Gaming 2 Player
2. I already banned him for reconnecting
3. Swarm GunXP
4. Reconnected 2 or 3 times and lieing he has internet lagg, while i see the tab and his ping is 64.

6. From the start to the end of the demo, it's short, he got spawn killed and reconnected so we end the round killing hte bot

I'm posting the report, just in case if he wants to cry about the ban

Hello there,
As an admin you have the right , to ban people for reconnecting and like it said in the rule no mather the circumstances player must wait atleast 15minutes before reconnecting.Approved.
