3. What the Admin did: banning without reason, i just stayed afk and he said i was camping, but i didnt kill anyone, in CS camping means when you are waiting someone and then kill him, not when you stay somewhere.

Nope Buddy, Its a rule if a guy is zombie and he is afk then he must be at T spawn. Either attack or stay at base hiding as zombie is not allowed, it is considered as camping/not attacking.

Server Rules:
Don't use cheats / hacks / scripts.
Don't get out of the map (anti map).
Don't advertise other servers IP in anyway.
Don't flood in the chat or swear other players.
- You may report players for swearing in a foregin language, however, you MUST provide a transcription/translation, so we know what the discussion was about if you intend to report them. Our staff team are not multi-lingual and we are not willing to waste our time translating your text for misdemeanors.
Don't reconnect (you must wait at least 15 minutes until you can reconnect).
It is forbidden for Zombies player to camp (it is allowed for humans).
Teaming between zombie and human players is forbidden.
SGS/Bhop is forbidden.
Sharing or selling accounts is not allowed (account will be deleted).
As an admin, you are allowed to demand a 'wargods' scan from the same player only once a week.
Before changing map, you need to make amx_vote "Changemap" "YES" "NO" , afterwards if people agree to change, use amx_votemap command to choose the maps. There should be at least 3 maps of choice. You can only vote for map change if there's less than 12 minutes left of the current map and not less then 6mins , before the system votemap starts.
Purposefully farming bots for XP (being alone in the server, teaming so you can kill zombie bots only and etc.) is forbidden.
Spectating is intended ONLY for making sure, whether players are obeying the server rules or spectating someone whom you suspect of cheating. Do not purposefully avoid being a zombie by sitting on spectators (exception can be made if you intend to spend ALL map on the spectators, then we won't mind you being there).
Evading your initial ban or any punishment is strictly forbidden (excuses such as 'it was my brother' won't go through. It is your account and hence why your responsibility to make sure that everything is in order).
Purposefully abusing  server bugs (witch include any kind off bug witch effect the gameplay in the server) is forbidden.

Admin Punishments :

Don't Ban unless you sure player is cheating or breaking rules , or you will risk losing your admin.
You need to warn players before banning them.

Cheating (Permanent ban)
Advertising (Permanent ban)
Teaming/Camping (Ban 2 hours)
Failing to provide WG scan (1 week ban)
Anti-map (Slay, then ban 30 minutes)
Reconnecting (Ban 15 minutes)
Swearing/Spam (gag up to 4 hours)
SGS/Bhop (Ban 2 hours)
AFK (Kick ONLY if the server is full and to free up the slots)
Map change without vote/within more then 12 minutes or less then 6 minutes left. (Ban 1 day)
Farming XP (Ban 1 week/Progress reset if caught again)
Evading your ban (Permanent ban & progress reset/password change)
Evading your gag (ban 2 hours)
Abusing your privileges -- admin or super admin (anywhere from 3 to 5 day ban)
Bug Abuse - (First time warn, repeated bug abuse 1 day ban)

NOTE: Admins are PERMITTED to double your ban length each time you violate the same rule again, and it may sum up to a day-long ban. For example, you can be banned for 4 hours if you camp again after getting unbanned. If you end up getting banned 12 times for camping, you will end up getting banned for a day each time you will be caught violating the server rule. Same applies in any other scenario. Do not, admins, that the ban length for these misdemeanors MAY NOT exceed 1 day!

again, CAMPING IS WHEN IM WAITING CT TO KILL THEM, not when im staying AFK, and server wasn't full anyway

Its clearly said in the rule camping or not attacking ,the only spot you can stay afk then you are a zombie is the spawn , you can't stay afk anythere else in the map.Declined.
