Thank you for the report!
1. That is not really an anti-map. You can easily get him down with a smoker, attack him with a projectile by using the spitter class, or you can just try getting him down with the help of the bomb. Anti-mapping counts if zombies are incapable of getting a human down from a particular location or they have no means of attacking him at that particular location. It would have been different if he was somewhere high up.
