4. What the cheater did: Camp at ct base/Not attacking

6. Timestamp (at which time in the demo can you see rule being broken): About 5-10 mins was 2 times which i saw him camping at ct base and other times was at mid of game staying at B

Hello!
Please provide a specific time lapse in the demo where we can clearly see the suspect violating the server rule(s), as neither is it clear at which end you're talking about those 5 minutes (at the beginning or the end, or in the middle), and none of us are willing to spend who knows how much time just to see this guy camping a couple times at the CT base.
Waiting for your updated response on this issue.
