Mentioning the word 'your mother' (which is extremely childish to begin with, can't believe this dumbass applied for Supervisor, but oh well) is not a swear word or an insult. However, I do find it inappropriate and rude to bring any of your family members into conflict. However, I can't see how you expect me to punish Groza if I don't have his details. Anyway, this offense would result in a 10-15 minute gag at max (as he didn't really insult your family members or anything).
Furthermore, for the last time, PLEASE post ALL the reports (whenever you intend to report someone violating the server rules in this sub-forums: https://cs-gamers.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=16.
And don't come up with your own template. We ask people for some explicit details on that format to ensure that everything necessary is provided, so we could proceed: https://cs-gamers.net/showthread.php?tid=470.
If you can't do a simple thing as to just look at the format, copy it and follow the bullet points, then I'm surprised how you know what even 'Internet' is.
