You cannot just claim that somebody is violating the server rules without providing any form of evidence (preferably, a demo). So please find the demo appropriate to the described incident, upload it to a streaming site for files, and post another more adequately structured report by following the format: https://csgamers.tk/showthread.php?tid=470.
