Remove respawn protecion for zm and also make so zm can hit hs which deal 260 amg and back shots which deal 195 dmg that's all cya!

Well it's useless to make smoker drag true wall bezause it's very hard for humans then!
Zm Respawn protection is good bezause lots of humans camp in zm base and kills zombies verry fast that the zombies can't even move! Maybe we can make the protection less time!
