What kind of file format is this? It doesn't work as a demo and it doesn't work as a .png. Can you please provide an actual functioning file?

Hello again!
I mean he only posted the IP address once and it wasn't like he was constantly spamming or anything.
Additionally, I cannot ban a player without having his steamid. Please provide their steamid by typing 'status' in the console next time.
