ok so 11.11 he was bhoping 1/2
12.11 he jumped twice that doesn't rly register as bhop
26.11 he just climbed ladders jumped and killed you there was no bhop at all :/

Hello!
This is an over-exaggeration of the fact that bhopping is forbidden in the first place. I'm not gonna start banning players just because you see them jump more than once or twice.
In this demo, the bhopping was not a big deal at all.
