Hello!
He was there only once and for a short period of time, according to the video you posted at least. I'm not gonna ban someone over sitting there for literally 5 seconds. Please send a demo next time so we can see if a player was doing it for a pro-longer period of time.
I also didn't see anyone warn him for that.
