Hello!
As he mentioned in the chat, it was an accidental slay. We are all human and we tend to make our mistakes, I have slapped the incorrect player before myself, so no need to immediately jump to unnecessary conclusions. Even if he did it intentionally and made it seem like it was a mistake, as long as he doesn't do it continuously, I see it nothing more than just an honest mistake that he owned up to.
