Shooting star is again no longer affected by power...
i have upgraded my damage power to max and it still deals the same amount of dmg as lvl1....
I hope it gets fixed soon.
This weapon is so broken and have balanced, if this dmg is max on this weapon server will be unbalanced.

Nerf it if needed but it should be affected by powers just like all guns

It's a pistol not grenades. also i believe owner will make the right changes so don't worry about it his decisions are always perfect.
