2. Explain the situation: wrong gag, so i joined the server i was with Fuxury in team Fuxury went to spec for no real specif reason 

just to avoid playing with me and he left me with two bots and after i died  i said 'nigga i cant handle all  this alone' i didn't say it to him or anybody and he made wrong warning and that provoked me i  said it again  also i didn't mean to insult this white ass or anyone, also can you tell him to  stop going to spec when i join in his team.

Saying the 'n-word' whether with the hard R or not may be considered as racist. If you felt provoked by him warning you, then I don't know what to tell you. As you can see from the image below, racism is forbidden. Sure, some admins don't enforce this rule against players shouting the n-word, but they generally wouldn't be wrong to punish players for it.




Fuxury kicked the bots so they would be equally distributed between both teams. Helpers do not have access to the amx_teammenu command. Regular admins also resort to manually kicking bots when they need to equalize them between the teams. He didn't do anything wrong here.

Regarding him going to spectators, admins are permitted to go to spectators so long they have a viable reason OR they go to spectators immediately after the map changes and doesn't return to the team, which Fuxury did here.
